Tuatara Helles

Tuatara Helles is brewed using the finest lager malt and smooth German hops.  An extensive mashing program reduces large malt proteins into favorable head forming proteins and amino acids for healthy  yeast growth.  This long and controlled mashing process produces a pale (hell) and smooth Munich style full malt body fitting for the style.  The highest quality hops are used to balance this malt body without overpowering it.  A very subtle hop aroma and elegant hop aftertaste to finish
